Ana: Legal Assistant / Intakes
Ana has been wtih Central Coast Bankruptcy, Inc. since 2010. Ana helps our clients gather all of the information they need when they decide to file. She is known for providing kind and caring customer service to our clients during this ongoing economic crisis. Ana is currently attending Hartnell College and has her Associates Degree in General Education. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Emma: Senior Legal Assistant
Emma has been a bankruptcy legal assistant with Central Coast Bankruptcy, Inc., since 2008. She has more than 10 years of experience in bankruptcy law. Her depth of experience and expertise in this field has been a great attribute to our team. Emma enjoys helping people understand the process of filing for bankruptcy and putting their minds at ease. She has been a steady contact person for our clients throughout their bankruptcy process, as well as a knowledgeable resource to them.
Emma was born in Sacramento, California, and was raised in Salinas, California. She currently resides in Salinas with her husband of 22 years and their three children.
Janet: Legal Assistant / Front Desk
Karina: Legal Assistant / Intake
Karina was born and raised in Salinas, California. In 2010, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Raza Studies from San Francisco State University. She joined the Central Coast Bankruptcy, Inc. family in June 2011. Since then, Karina has enjoyed being able to help, guide, and even comfort clients through such a difficult time in their lives. Karina is fluent in both English and Spanish. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and two small dogs. Karina aspires to attend law school and, one day, become an Attorney.

Ricardo: Legal Assistant / File Management
Ricardo was born and raised in Salinas. He attends Hartnell College and aspires to one day be a journalist. He is the second of two children to attend college in his family. Ricardo has faced many challenges in life but continues to stay focused on his goals. Growing up watching his parents work so hard in the fields has given Ricardo an appreciation for the struggles that so many families face in our area. He enjoys being a part of our team in that he can help make a real difference in the lives of hard working people. Ricardo enjoys the beach, the theatre and spending time with his friends and family.
Robert: Operations Manager / Paralegal
Robert is a Santa Cruz native. He graduated with honors from Sawyer Business College and was the recipient of the West Publishing Award for Outstanding Schoolastic Achievement. After graduating, Robert worked for the Chapter 13 Trustee in San Jose for 2 years and then began working for a large bankruptcy firm in Monterey County where he was the Sr. Supervising Paralegal. In 2009 Robert and his family moved to Austin, Texas where he assisted 2 separate Bankruptcy firms to position themselves for growth. He then returned to California to join our firm in August, 2011. Robert has over 16 years of experience in Ch 7 and Ch 13 Bankruptcy and understands how to maneuver through their complexities. In his free time, Robert enjoys travelling throughout the U.S., Mexico and Europe with his wife of 20 years and his 3 boys. Robert also enjoys writing, painting and movies of all genres.
Vanessa: Certified Paralegal
Vanessa has many years of experience as a legal assistant. She has been working at Central Coast Bankruptcy, Inc., since 2008 and is a certified paralegal. Vanessa has provided our clients with outstanding customer service and attention to detail when it comes to the initial filing, maintenance and completion of their cases.
Vanessa was born in San Jose, California and grew up in Hollister. She attended the University of California at Santa Cruz and recieved her Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, with a Minor in Latin American and Latino Studies. She speaks and writed fluent Spanish as that was her primary language. she also speaks and writed French.
